Summer Camp at Cedarwood!
Cedarwood Equine offers week-long summer day camps for children ages 7 through 12 who are looking for an introduction to riding basics in a safe and fun environment. Campers learn basic horse skills such as how to safely lead, groom and tack a horse. Each child will ride every day with individual attention from one our experienced instructors. Throughout the week, students can expect to learn proper body position, how to walk, halt, steer, and trot. In addition, we'll have fun with games and art projects that reinforce your child's introduction to horses. The emphasis of this camp is on safety and fun, so camp enrollment is limited to 10 students per session.
